Brendan is the Director of Rehabilitation and owner/founder of Mass Bay Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, Inc. He grew up in New Hampshire where he was an avid soccer player and competitive skier. Brendan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire in 1996. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Notre Dame College and subsequently he completed his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at the EIM Institute. With over 20 years of experience and advanced training in manual techniques from the Institute of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy in Winchester, MA. Brendan utilizes an active therapy approach that incorporates hands-on techniques, carefully graded exercises, and patient feedback to maximize patient outcomes and minimize recovery time.

He has made the South Shore his home since 1999, raising a family of 4 children with his wife Carolyn. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing and coaching/playing soccer.

Patricia joined the MBSSPT team in May of 2008. Patti is a 1990 graduate of Northeastern University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Earlier in her career, Patti worked for several years in short and long term rehabilitation settings where her caseload primarily consisted of patients with traumatic brain injuries and other involved neurologic disorders. Patti's enjoyment in assisting patients back to an improved daily functional lifestyle lead her to recently obtain Certifications in Personal Training, Corrective Exercise, and Women's Fitness.  While Patti will remain on at MBSSPT as a per diem physical therapist and clinical resource to the MBSSPT Team, her plan is to finish her career over the next 15 years as a personal trainer assisting her clients in getting back to whatever it is they love to do day to day through achieving greater boundaries in functional movement and total body strength.  In addition to assisting Mass Bay in expanding their Medical Gym and Wellness Center, Patti will be taking on private clients here at Mass Bay as well.

Patti has been a resident of Marshfield since marrying her husband in 1993. Patti is an exercise enthusiast and has been an avid recreational cyclist both on the road and mountain biking for the past 25 years.

Kerin attended Ithaca College where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. Before joining the Mass Bay Spine and Sport staff she gained clinical experience in subacute rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic rehab. Since joining the MBSSPT team, Kerin has continued to expand her knowledge and skills in order to provide evidence based, individualized treatments focused on patient goals and maximizing patient outcomes. In 2015, Kerin completed a one year Residency Program through the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, gaining knowledge and experience in advanced manual treatment techniques with emphasis on evaluation and treatment of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Kerin has additionally sought advanced training in management of the shoulder and knee through coursework directed by Mike Reinold. She regularly attends the annual New England Baptist Hospital Boston Sports Medicine Symposium as well as the annual New England Sports & Orthopedic Rehabilitation Summit. She is certified in Graston Technique.

Courtney grew up in Connecticut and earned her undergraduate degree from Norwich University, majoring in Health Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine. She competed in collegiate athletics as a member of the women’s ice hockey and soccer teams. Courtney’s passion for sports and wellness lead her to pursue further education at Northeastern University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Prior to joining the MBSS team, Courtney gained experience in both acute care and outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. She received her certification in LSVT BIG therapy in 2017, an evidence based targeted treatment program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. She has also completed her training in the Graston Technique and regularly attends the Boston Sports Medicine Symposium at New England Baptist Hospital. Courtney enjoys working in the outpatient setting and has special interest in the geriatric population.

Elizabeth is originally from New Hampshire and is a graduate of Northeastern University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to joining the MBSSPT team, she gained clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedics, acute rehab, and pediatric settings. She is trained in the Graston Technique and has repeatedly attended the American Physical Therapy Association MA Chapter Annual Conference to further her knowledge in a variety of treatment areas. Elizabeth has always had special interests in pediatric and geriatric physical therapy, and is passionate about comprehensive health care tailored to the individual. In her free time

Rosalie is a graduate of Northeastern University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. She is a native of New York and has made the Boston area her home since attending Northeastern. Before joining the Mass Bay Spine and Sport team, she gained a variety of clinical experience from acute neurologic rehab to outpatient orthopedic rehab. Rosalie has attended furthering education courses including IIRM 2019 Sports Medicine Conference: Interprofessional Management of Endurance Medicine, Advanced Soft Tissue Techniques for the Spine and Core, and is certified in Graston Technique. Her personal athletic experience includes many years of competitive Irish Dance, collegiate Cross Country and Track and Field, soccer, swimming, and most recently as a triathlete.

Anne joined the MBSSPT team in 2014 as our new office manager. Anne brings her expertise and many years of knowledge regarding various insurances, obtaining insurance verifications, and educating patients and staff in insurance benefits. Anne's administrative and organizational skills are an asset and positive contribution to our operations at MBSSPT. Anne lives locally with her husband and 2 young sons.

Carolyn is co-owner of Mass Bay Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, Inc. She grew up in Braintree, MA, and currently lives on the South Shore. Carolyn is a 1994 graduate of The University of New Hampshire, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She gained valuable experience working in both adult and pediatric populations, working as a clinician in the field for 12 years. Recently, she obtained her certification in LSVT – a therapeutic program for people living with Parkinson’s and movement disorders. She has also pursued continuing education in the areas of sensory dysfunction and working with children with developmental disabilities. For the last 5 years, Carolyn has worked part-time for the business in both administrative and marketing roles. When she is not at the clinic, Carolyn spends much of her time enjoying raising her four children and managing their school and activity schedules. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys walking, being outdoors, spending time with her family, reading, music, singing, and crafting.

As Brendan and Carolyn's oldest child, Brian has been helping out in the family business periodically since 2016. He currently works in the Plymouth location as a Rehab Tech and assists with front office operations as well. Growing up, soccer was a passion of his which he played for 14 years for Plymouth Youth Soccer, FCUSA, and Plymouth North HS. Following high school, he attended the University of New Hampshire pursuing a degree in Biochemistry, but has since changed trajectories and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at Southern New Hampshire University. In his free time, he enjoys being in the mountains(skiing and hiking) as well as traveling, playing xBox, and playing guitar.
